2. Refund policy

Our brand whole purpose is for your satisfaction

2.1 If you have just placed an order and want to cancel it. This can be done as long as the goods are not yet shipped

2.2 You have received your order, but you are not satisfied with our products. All right... Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the goods and see what we can do for you.

We offer full refund or free replacements for the following information

1. Wrong item, wrong size, completely different color, etc

2. Defects affecting product functions


If you want to replace the product you received, please think carefully, as it may take longer for you to receive the new product, and there will be freight charges. If you do consider it and need to replace it or return it, please leave a message or email info@standardpins.com and we will give you the return address and shipping information you need to provide us with the return. We will refund you as soon as we receive the goods, but the time you receive the refund depends on the processing time of your credit card company, please wait patiently

If it has been more than 30 days since you received the goods, we are sorry, all the policies may no longer apply, but you can still leave a message to us or send an email to info@standardpins.com to give comments on our products or services.


Custom Products

All sales on custom products are final. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If you have received the goods but are not satisfied with them, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the goods with a brief description of your problem and some clear picture captions. Please do not return any products to us unless you have been instructed to do so by a member of the StandardGifts


We guarantee that the defect rate is less than 10%. Many of our custom products are hand-made or involve hand processing and as a result, will differ slightly from piece to piece and are not capable of matching the print 100%. Only more than this defective rate, we will give you a refund or replacement. The waiting time for replacements may be slightly different according to the complexity of your product. Once a refund is agreed, it will be executed immediately, usually the original way back, and the time you receive the refund depends on the manner of your use.


Delay in delivery

We always work hard to ensure that we can meet your order delivery date. However, we cannot be responsible for the delay caused by:


CUSTOMS - The customs will carry out spot checks on all the import and export goods, and the resulting delay is unpredictable, If your goods are spot checked by customs, the resulting delay. All custom goods are quoted without import duties. If you order a large quantity of goods, understanding local customs policies and providing necessary materials will help you receive them faster. We cannot guarantee any delay, loss, etc. due to delayed payment of taxes.


SHIPPING - Because our products are imported, we can’t be held responsible for delays incurred AFTER we have given the products to our international shipping carrier. Weather, War, Changes in international shipping laws, and carrier delays can all cause your order to arrive late. Please give yourself enough time for production and shipping your product. StandardGifts will not be responsible for carrier and shipping delays.


CHANGE and additions to your order- StandardGifts will not be responsible for delays in production caused by the client making changes to the design, adding additional quantity, or requests for pre-production samples or ship date changes made after the order is in production.


StandardGifts is ONLY responsible for delays resulting in late delivery to the shipping carrier.
